Year 1 - Visit the Library

Year 1 went to the library to learn all about books. Mark the librarian read a story to us called "The incredible book eating boy" then he talked about the different types of books and how to find a book in the library. Next we searched the library for pictures of different leaves because we are learning all about trees. Finally we all chose a book to bring back to school. The library is a FANTASTIC place to go. Did you know you can borrow up to 20 books at a time, wow!
