The children are learning to compose short pieces of music using ‘2beat’ from Purple Mash our online educational toolkit.

Last week as part of our transport topic, the children visited the National Railway Museum to learn more about trains old and new. The sound of a train moving along the track has many musical elements. So the children have created their own musical rhythms inspired by the sound of trains. You can listen to some of them below.
