White Laith Primary School is situated within Whinmoor in Leeds. Children and adults work together in an atmosphere of trust, respect and belonging. Yesterday Year 1 went on an amazing trip to the woods! First we built dens so that we could test whether or not they kept us warm and dry. Thankfully they did! Next we went on a walk across the moorland. It was very foggy! Then we created some fantastic clay sculptures using the things we had found in the woods. After that we practised our cooking skills and made tea for everyone. Finally we had hot chocolate and a biscuit around the campfire.
