White Laith Primary School is situated within Whinmoor in Leeds. Children and adults work together in an atmosphere of trust, respect and belonging. Amazon had a fabulous day at Dunstan's Hall where we were Anglo-Saxons for the day!
We made our own flour from wheat, and then made it into bread. We learned all about daily life and the workers hierarchy. We also found out about the Anglo-Saxon battle that took place in our area. We then practiced our battle tactics! We had some little visitors to our farm too!
