White Laith Primary School is situated within Whinmoor in Leeds. Children and adults work together in an atmosphere of trust, respect and belonging. We aim to treat everyone with equal dignity and worth valuing their particular characteristics. The Staff and Governors are determined to make our school a place of excellence and the children
share that desire.
In Year 2 we are learning about animals and their habitats. To help animals that live in and around our school field we decided to make some animal shelters. We made bug hotels, four hedgehog shelters and a bird box. We will be keeping an eye on them and hopefully the local bugs, birds and hedgehogs will inhabit our shelters for a while.
