Year 6 Artwork - Pointillism
Michael Sheerin
We took a close look at the work of Georges Seurat. His style, Pointillism, was a mixture of art and science. Instead of mixing paint, Georges Seurat painted tiny points of pure colours. When viewed from a distance contrasting colours appeared to blend giving his work a glowing and luminous quality. We used the computer to create a piece of pointillism artwork. Here are some of our portraits of Dracula!
